Q: Why does my invoice amount vary?
Retainers are fixed, but additional project hours or ad-hoc administrative support requests are billed as pass-through costs based on the scope of the request.

Q: Do you offer financial advice?
No. Keystone Run is strictly a management consultancy. We do not provide investment advice or manage external assets.

Terms of Service
By engaging Keystone Run for management consultancy services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Keystone Run provides management consultancy, process auditing, and strategic administrative support. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
2. Billing and Payments
Consultancy services are billed as fixed monthly retainers or pass-through project costs. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary methodologies developed by Keystone Run remain the sole property of Keystone Run LLC unless explicitly transferred via a separate agreement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Retainers & Recurring Services
Clients may cancel their monthly retainer at any time with 30 days' written notice. Services will continue to be delivered through the end of the final billing cycle. Prorated refunds are not issued once the billing cycle has commenced.
2. One-Time Projects
For fixed-fee consulting projects, fees are non-refundable once the project kickoff call has occurred or proprietary documents have been delivered.
3. Disputes
If you believe an invoice error has occurred, please contact support@keystonerun.com within 7 days of the invoice date.
